I think Shelley should go on my list of long-term clientele, it's only a pity she now lives in California. Fly me over there sometime and I'll get some updated photos of you and Alex! Album Designing My Days

New site launches very very soon! (Just as soon as I can discern what PHP is and if I have enough of it on my own server.. not so techie over here) Cropping images for the portfolio has taken up a lot of time... but not so much that I quit with the album designs. Thought I'd share one of my recent favorites!

Angel and Eamon had this funky wedding on an extraordinarily hot day. Still, we all kept our cool...and Angela picked some awesome images for her brushed chrome covered album.

Things are busy here! I frequently forget to post albums when they're done, so here's a treat:

I think my favorite spread from the book is...
which happens to be Heather's favorite, too. :) The quote on the back cover of the book has special meaning to her and Brad... I encourage everyone to find their own quote to put in their books, if any at all. It's really hard for me to find a quote that presents an insightful, honest view of your relationship. A good place to look for quotes is romantic poetry, the bible (song of Solomon is sexy!) and websites. I searched for romantic quotes and found this:

A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.

In other news, we are under a tornado watch. :( The kids are at school which is really freaking me out. I kind of feel like going to get them...it's so dark and windy outside and their school is from, like, the 1800s. Seriously.

I think I can feel the change in air pressure just sitting here. Or maybe I'm crazy. ;)

Jessica and Charles' album is finished!


Click the above image to see the entire 60 page album. Jessica upgraded her album from 40 images to over 100, then ordered three copies for her family. Wow! It has really been a pleasure putting this together, I hope she loves it. And in case you didn't know, she gets to say when it's perfect, and then it's printed and bound into an Asukabook.

I think I'll be getting at least one more copy...for me! :)
